Pioneer Villa offers 20 Independent Living apartments that provide a family atmosphere with the peace of mind of supportive services as needed.
Residents can enjoy a relaxed living lifestyle without the burdens of home-ownership. One can chose to participate in a variety of social and recreational activities, and eat lunch provided in our private dining room daily at no additional cost. The added benefit in our facility is our unique physical campus. A hospital, medical clinic, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, and senior wellness programs are all within the same building. Medical assistance is always nearby when needed as Pioneer Villa offers a 24-hour in-room call system, security system, and weekly RN visits as part of our inclusive services to our residents. Studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available to choose from.
