Description:
Emergency Assistance for food, clothing, furnishings, utility assistance and some rent assistance (with some flexibility to address other emergency needs if resources are available).
A Case Manager is available (Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) to explore with each person the resources available; assist with what we are able to do; provide direction on how individuals can assist themselves; and make referrals to other agencies and resources.
Senior Food Commodities through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP): Enroll eligible seniors in program, distribute CSFP boxes monthly. Christmas Food Assistance: Adults with a need. Eligibility Requirements: Senior Commodities - Age 60 or older + 130% of poverty guidelines; Emergency Assistance:18+ and need.
