Description:
Sanford Home Health provides medical and non-medical home care services in your own home as directed by your doctor. Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses provide home visits to those recovering from accidents or injuries, as well as those needing post-surgical care. Visits are made to evaluate patient's response to medications, set up medications, monitor and assess vital signs and provide post-surgical incision care.
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists will design a personal therapy program to increase independence and safety as well as provide home safety assessments.
Sanford Home Care services range from skilled nursing and therapists to homemakers and personal care aides. Bathing and grooming, dressing, and exercise can also be provided. Please contact our office for a full description of services.
Eligibility Requirements: Sanford Home Health does not place any eligibility requirements on patients such as age, gender or income. Care provided by Sanford Home Health is determined by the patient's doctor and the benefits/restrictions of their personal health insurance policy. Medicare and Medicaid patients must have a skilled nursing or therapist need. Medicare patients must be homebound.
