A 48 bed Medicaid certified nursing home (intermediate long-term care facility). Services provided: qualified nurses available 24 hours a day, double occupancy room, daily large and small group 1 to 1 activity to meet social needs, open breakfast with wide variety of choices, and beautician and barber services. Private family room available for family gatherings.
Physical Therapist works with restorative staff to evaluate and individualize exercise program; on-campus access to medical and hospital care; and on-campus access to speech, occupational and physical therapy.
