Rural Office of Community Services - ROCS Dining Services (Formerly Dakota Senior Meals), Inc. services:
Home Delivered (Meals on Wheels) and on site (Congregate) dining. Meals are offered at a donation for those 60 and over.
Meals are full price for those under 60. Exception: spouse or dependent adult (under 60) is eligible to receive a meal for a donation if living with a 60 or over diner.
ROCS Dining Services has 22 locations in southeastern South Dakota which provide nutritious and diabetic-friendly lunches 5 days a week. Meals are available on a donation basis according to suggested income guidelines. Though prices vary per location, we typically ask that seniors (60+) pay $4 and those under 60 to pay the full cost of the meal, at $8. Contact a site near you for more information!
