Diamond Care Center provides Independent and Assisted Living options (Grandview) within the Diamond Care Center campus. This is the perfect location if you don’t want the continued burden of a home, but want to live independently. Our private apartments provide residents the home care services they need, when they need it.
We accept private pay, insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. To be eligible, one must have a physician's order for long term care or skilled nursing services.
