GROW SD - Federal Home Loan Bank (NESDCAP)
Description: GROW SD includes the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) program, which is designed to fund housing rehabilitation for qualified applicants. Funds can be used for shingles, plumbing, wiring, furnaces, or other major repairs. The assistance comes in the form of a five year forgivable loan. The client is not obligated to pay back the loan if they meet the requirements at the end of the five year period.
